Figure Studies with Greg Friedler

Whether working in the studio or on location, the figure study is one that intrigues artists of all mediums. In this workshop, students will work with both male and female nude models in a photographic study of the human figure. Greg will discuss finding and working with models, consent, and professional and ethical standards when working with models. Discussion will include the comparisons between raw, naked portraiture, erotica and pornography (examples of each will be viewed).  Greg will work with each student to help guide them on their photographic path and help them achieve their personal goals.  Students will be shooting digitally for the workshop so that images can be reviewed in the short time frame of the workshop.
